Making the decision to start therapy can be difficult, and you’ve already taken a step just by being curious about whether this space is a fit for you. Whether you’re new to therapy or it is a familiar practice you’re returning to, my goal as your therapist is to support you as you explore the beliefs and patterns that are no longer serving you, so you can make room to step into your truest self.

This will help me get a sense of what’s bringing you to therapy and whether we’re a fit to work together.

2. Book a session

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first therapy appointment within a week.

3. we do the work

All appointments meet via HIPAA-compliant video. I like to see new clients weekly for the first couple of months of therapy - from there, we can make adjustments if you need.
